We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect (with a valid SKA certification) to join our growing team. This role requires strong architectural design skills, technical documentation capabilities, and a deep understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulatory processes including preparation for SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) submissions.
You'll be working on a variety of private and commercial projects from concept through completion, producing high-quality designs, coordinating with consultants, and delivering professional 3D visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept to completion for private and commercial projects.
- Prepare and submit architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for SLF and other government approvals.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes, zoning regulations, and permit requirements.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations for design presentations.
- Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
- Use advanced architectural software for modeling, rendering, and presentation enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid SKA (Sertifikat Keahlian) license required.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in architectural design (private and/or commercial projects).
- Strong technical knowledge in SLF documentation, MEP, and structural coordination.
- Proficient in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar).
- Excellent rendering and visualization skills, supported by a strong portfolio.
