Job Description:
The Wholesale Client Relations (Area Sales) Supervisor is responsible for driving growth and maintaining strategic relationships within the wholesale division by managing key accounts, expanding sub-distribution networks, and executing pricing and sales programs to achieve company targets.
Responsibilities:
Commercial Leadership
- Supervise and coach client relations team, to ensure that all targets, actions and policies are aligned with hitting company targets, objectives and goals.
- Identify market opportunities / contract opportunities.
- Source new sub-distributors.
- Negotiate partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with tax authorities and BPOM.
- Develop and review regularly master budgeting.
Sales & Strategy Execution
- Plan and execute pricing programs (Annual/Semester/Quarterly) to ensure sales targets of all products are met.
- Develop and analyze sales data to be submitted to management.
- Develop performance strategies.
- Oversee promotional / pricing strategy implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-distributors and key customers.
- Educate customers on new products and product knowledge.
Operational Governance
- Coordinate with Logistics & Finance, to assist in communicating delivery schedule time, and payment times as required.
- Ensure client relations team hits contact targets (New and current accounts)
- Handle complaints & operational issues.
- Ensure order processing fulfillment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management, Marketing, or Business).
- Foundational knowledge in business; finance, supply chain, and sales management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Pharmaceutical Distribution, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisor or Sales Coordinator role.
- Proven experience in handling pharmaceutical sub distribution systems or area distributors.
- Strong ability to read and analyze sales reports.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Willing to regularly travel across indonesia to meet account.
- Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
