- Ability to lead and own plans and strategize to drive Revenue Growth.
- Create and manage partnership and relationship with key clients.
- Monitor and coach the Team performance to ensure that they are meeting goals and adhering to company policies.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the industry.
- Collaborate with other teams in OYO Such as operations, Supply, finance to ensure smooth functioning of sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or Business Development role
- Preferably Having a background in Hotel
- Accustomed in working under pressure of Revenue targets.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Thrives in a role that requires meeting new people, building and maintaining relationships.
- Having exprience in leading small teams.
