Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement efficient sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Manage daily operations, monitoring team including training, and development.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution

JOB SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENT

  • Several years of successful sales experience, often starting in entry-level sales roles like a sales representative or account manager, is crucial.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a management or leadership capacity within the sales environment.
  • In-depth understanding of the specific industry and market dynamics is highly valued.
