The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and developing sales strategies to achieve company targets. This position aims to increase sales growth, expand market share, maintain customer relationships, and lead and develop the sales team to work effectively and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop short-term and long-term sales plans and strategies
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance regularly
- Prepare routine sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management/Marketing/Business/Economics or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in Sales, with a minimum of 2 years as a Supervisor/Manager
- Experience in developing sales strategies and plans, analyzing sales and market data, negotiating and closing sales, customer management (CRM), and preparing sales reports
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Placement: West Java (Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, Bandung, Cirebon, Karawang, Purwakarta)
