Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee sales performance and revenue targets across multiple Motion Pilates studios in Indonesia.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and maximize studio profitability.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.
  • Support teams with guidance, training, and structured performance management.
  • Build strong customer engagement strategies to increase retention and membership sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to achieve business goals.
  • Regularly travel between assigned regions/studios as needed.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in sales management, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail industries.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple studios and teams with structured, data-driven approaches.
  • High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Smart, resourceful, and highly motivated to grow with the brand.

Personal Qualities:

  • Willing to relocate or travel frequently across Indonesia.
  • Strong ownership mindset and solution-driven.
  • Passionate about fitness, performance, and customer engagement.
  • Able to balance leadership presence with hands-on execution.

Will Be Great:

  • Experience in multi-location business management.
  • Background in fitness/wellness brands and/or Massive Retail
  • Understanding of membership-driven business models.
