About the Role

As we continue expanding our retail footprint, strong on-ground leadership plays a critical role in driving performance, consistency, and customer trust across our stores.

As an Area Retail Supervisor Bali, you will lead and manage retail store operations across the region, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding store teams, strengthening market presence, and managing overall area performance from sales execution to profitability. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and is motivated by growth and results.

Your contribution will directly support Blibli OMG's ambition to grow sustainably and deliver value across every store enabling us to continue growth, transforming together.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth by leading and motivating retail teams across assigned stores in Bali.
  • Execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen local market presence.
  • Monitor and manage area performance, including sales targets and profit & loss (P&L).
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key local stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent store execution, operational discipline, and customer service standards.
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate store teams to improve performance and engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support store rotations and area coverage as required to ensure business continuity.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the gadget or mobile phone retail industry.
  • Proven experience leading retail teams and managing multi-store or area-level operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to rotate across stores or areas as needed.
  • Strong local network and market knowledge within the Bali region.
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Passion for retail excellence and customer satisfaction.
