Area Operational Supervisor

PT Pinus Merah Abadi is a leading sales and distribution company in Indonesia, specializing in the supply of a wide range of products to cover either traditional and modern channels. PT. Pinus Merah Abadi has a number of branches to serve directly a hundred thousands registered outlets all around Indonesia.

Role Description

This position is responsible for driving the efficient management of daily operations within the assigned area. Key responsibilities include supervising and motivating team members, streamlining warehouse and order fulfillment processes, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards, and continuously enhancing overall operational performance to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Min D3 degree in a related field.
• Min has 2 years of experience as Operational Supervisor in FMCG.
• Ability to analyze operational processes and identify for effective improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and various software such as SAP.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang Selatan.
