Area New Retail Manager

1. Store planning and expansion within the grid: Responsible for the planning of the store system and establishment of stores in the designated area, collaborating with store expansion to achieve regional store establishment goals;

2. Operation coordination of stores within the grid: Responsible for the management of stores (direct-operated and authorized stores) in the designated area, formulating sales plans, promoting the achievement of sales targets, and increasing market share in the area;

3. Operational management of stores within the grid: Responsible for the implementation and verification of daily operational management standards of stores in the designated area, following up on and executing marketing activities, and enhancing brand image;

4. Team management within the grid: Responsible for team management in the designated area, empowering and training personnel, and building a talent pipeline;

5. Business-side communication within the grid: Maintain close communication with the national new retail platform to collaboratively promote regional business development, while establishing good cooperative relationships with regional partners (authorized store collaborators, suppliers, etc.);

Job Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of work experience in the retail industry, with more than 2 years of regional management experience; experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred;

2. Strong project management skills, capable of efficiently driving various tasks to completion;

3. Successful cases of expanding business, opening stores, or managing store operations;

4. Bachelor's degree or higher, with English as a working language.
