Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and develop strategies to achieve company targets
• Handling all outer city branches (Surabaya, Bali, Malang, Yogyakarta, Surakarta, Semarang)
• Monitor and evaluate branch sales performance regularly
• Ensure the availability of medical tools and materials
• Ensure all operational functions run smoothly
• Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and branch teams
• Monitor and evaluate the achievement of the Patient Satisfaction Index

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
• 2+ years as Area Manager or 5+ years as supervisor or similar level
• Able to do planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the team
• Proven skills in leadership, persuasive verbal and written communication, negotiation
