Job Description :

  • Manage and drive sales performance across the assigned territory to achieve revenue and volume targets
  • Develop and execute effective sell-in and sell-out strategies based on local market dynamics
  • Conduct area mapping and territory segmentation, including workload distribution and route planning
  • Optimize distribution coverage, outlet productivity, and New Outlet Opening (NOO)
  • Lead and coach area sales teams to improve selling capability and execution quality
  • Identify performance gaps in distributors and outlets, and implement corrective actions
  • Manage branch operations including inventory coordination, logistics alignment, and cost control
  • Plan and manage area-level budgets to ensure operational efficiency
  • Ensure pricing, promotion, and visibility compliance across channels
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews

Requirements :

  • Minimum 510 years of experience in territory or branch management
  • Proven experience in creative sell-in and sell-out strategy execution
  • Strong experience in area mapping, territory planning, and workload distribution
  • Solid operational and budgeting management capability
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in cigarette industry or large FMCG companies is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
