Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in food & beverage industry
Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent is a must.
Experienced in handling more than 8 outlets
Strong skills in Operations Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
Experience in stock management within the retail F&B industry.
Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Standards.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.

Job Descriptions:
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly implemented, covering cleanliness and grooming standards, food presentation, and food quality.
Ensure that all products served in the store meet the company's quality standards and are ready for sale.
Ensure that ordering of goods and raw materials is aligned with store stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
Manage the operational budget and ensure the store operates efficiently, without compromising service quality or product standards.
Conduct sales forecasting for the following week in collaboration with the Supervisor.
Develop action plans for underperforming stores and create improvement and development strategies for stores that achieve or exceed targets.
Prepare and submit periodic store visit reports to the Operational Manager.
