Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage in total 10-12 outlets at the same time.
Manage all Outlet's F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Preserve each outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Lead 10-12 Outlets Team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies, and procedures.
Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

Requirements

Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as Area Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Proven food and beverage management experience.
Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Teamwork Skill.
