Job Description

Qualification :

  • Min. Education background is Diploma (D3) in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the sales field at Multi finance company or Electronic Brand Principal (specifically on consumer financing is a point plus).
  • Having experience in managing sales team.
  • Required Skill(s): Negotiation, Sales, Marketing, Social media and Managing Team.
  • Domicile at Balikpapan Area.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing productivity of Promoters/ Sales Agent and focus on improving sales performance in respective area.
  • Taking part on the Promoters/ Sales Agent recruiting process.
  • Planning for Promoters/ Sales Agent working area as well as defining target sales per promoter align with the National Sales Target.
  • Regularly oversee all activities related to the sale including follow-up potential customers.
  • Actively involve on Promoters/ Sales Agent development activities (Training; Coaching and Counselling).
  • Observe and analyse for the effectiveness promotion scheme on Balikpapan and create recommendation for Promotion Scheme.
  • Actively developing ACSI's network on Balikpapan
