Develop and execute community growth strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement within assigned areas
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with local communities, KOLs, micro-influencers, and brand advocates
Plan and execute on-ground and online community activation programs (events, gatherings, workshops, campaigns)
Identify and onboard new community partners aligned with brand positioning and target market
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and initiatives
Monitor and analyze community performance metrics (engagement, conversion, retention) and optimize strategies accordingly
Act as the voice of the customer/community, providing insights and feedback to internal stakeholders
Manage budget allocation for community programs and ensure cost-effective execution
Ensure consistent brand messaging and experience across all community touchpoints
Track competitor activities and local market trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from a reputable university
Minimum 4 years of experience in community growth, marketing activation, brand management, or related roles (preferably in beauty/FMCG/lifestyle industry)
Proven track record in building and scaling communities (offline & online)
Strong network with local communities, influencers, or beauty ecosystem players is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in executing events, campaigns, and partnerships end-to-end
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Highly proactive, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
