Responsibilities
- Align, integrate, and execute Business Development & Expansion strategies to ensure strong commercial performance.
- Drive commercial business growth within the assigned branch area.
- Develop short-term commercial plans and strategies to achieve targets while optimizing promotional costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainable business growth.
- Lead team development initiatives to ensure continuous growth in line with company values.
- Monitor and make decisions regarding potential fraud risks in commercial activities.
- Maintain strong communication with PaxelCo owners to foster mutual business growth.
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Head or at least at a supervisory level in FMCG, Insurance, Telco, or Food industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and confidence to make quick and effective decisions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Excellent communication skills, both vertically and horizontally.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly creative with a strong drive for innovation.
- Target-driven and goal-oriented with a results-focused approach.
- Strong willingness to support and develop team members for continuous improvement.
