Plan & execution all activity education ; Akademi KAMU, P2P, SMK, Certification in area Sumatra.
Responsible SPR Operation, related with education mason & applicator at project, conversion to mortar product & strike project to create pullout retailer
Handle engagement activity to loyal mandor. It create to increase number of new project & product use loyal applicator.
Tactical program/initiative base on area needed, coordination with sales area to support sales growth.
TokoMU development in area related with active outlet, product mix, new register, Purchase freq, transaction value.
Handle Consumer & Trade Promo in GT, MT & User Product (Mandor, Applicator & Home owner).
Brand building Mortar Utama in the Region Sumatra.
Job Requirement:
Min 5 years of experience in Marketing, Activation & Brand at the Building Material Industry or FMCG.
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.
