Architect Team Lead

As Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and execution of medium-to-large scale architectural projects, including high-rise developments. Success in this position means delivering innovative, efficient, and compliant designs while leading teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget. You will serve as the key liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring that architectural vision aligns with technical, regulatory, and business requirements. This role is critical to PT Pilars mission of delivering world-class architectural solutions with precision and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design process for large-scale and high-rise projects.
• Supervise and guide project teams in preparing design documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, SNI, and permitting requirements (PBG/IMB).
• Prepare, review, and manage project documentation including BOQ, RAB, RKS, and Kurva S.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, landscape, interior, contractors, and consultants).
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control at all stages of the project.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project delivery.
• Present and communicate design concepts and progress to clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Resolve design challenges through problem-solving, innovation, and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects, drafters, and design staff.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree (S1) in Architecture.

Certification: SKA Madya/Utama (preferred), STRA license from IAI (required).

Experience: 710 years of professional experience in architectural design & construction.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SKP, Revit/BIM, rendering software, and project management tools.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of SNI, building regulations, PBG/IMB processes, and coordination of technical documents.

Project Skills: Ability to prepare BOQ, RAB, RKS, Kurva S, and manage project workflows.

Leadership: Proven track record leading medium-to-large scale projects, with excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team coordination, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
