Responsibilities
- Lead ,manage, and coordinate the architectural team with engineering teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Review and approve architectural drawings, materials, and specifications
- Maintain design quality, functionality, and cost efficiency
- Provide architectural support during construction and resolve design issues
Qualifications
- Minimal Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Min. 8 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (in a developer company is a plus)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software
- Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under tight deadline
- Willing to be placed at Sentul, Bogor
