Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Practice best Quality Engineering guideline define by the Quality Engineering department
Lead team for process compliance
Participate tech architectural review meeting and identify API sequence and logic
Provide technical guidance and review for test Approach
Recommends best practices and ensure adherence to the best practices
Prepare Quality Engineering estimation & Quality Engineering strategy as part of POC
Analyze new QE trends and technologies and implement them to the team
If automation; Define & implement over all automation strategy Create R&D and POC new technologies
Follow Agile process
On-time delivery
Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation

Person Specifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 10+ year(s) experience
8+ year(s) experience in Software Engineering
Sound knowledge best Quality Assurance practices
Hands on experience automation framework development
Broad knowledge of non-functional testing methods
Experience performance test techniques
Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
