# Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing luxury hospitality and residential projects, with a focus on hotels, villas, and high-end residences. ## Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion

- Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycle

- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards

- Supervise junior architects and technical staff

- Conduct site visits and construction supervision

- Prepare and present design proposals to clients

- Manage project budgets and timelines

- Collaborate with interior designers and landscape architects

## Required Qualifications

- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

- Professional architecture license/registration

- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with focus on hospitality and residential projects

- Portfolio demonstrating experience with luxury hotels, villas, or high-end residential projects

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
