Role Description This is a contract, on-site Architect role based in Bali, Indonesia. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, and ensuring that designs align with Basecamp Bali's aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating with engineers and contractors, reviewing site conditions, and overseeing design implementation during construction. The role also involves integrating architectural solutions with existing structures and systems, managing project timelines and documentation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and building standards.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, safe, and aesthetically coherent spaces.
• Experience with Integration and Software Development as they relate to architectural workflows, digital tools, or smart-building solutions.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and timeline oversight for design and construction projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, local building codes, and construction practices in Indonesia or similar regions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and local partners.
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
