Job Descriptions

• Support the preparation and updating of investment governance policies and frameworks.
• Assist with new fund onboarding activities related to governance requirements.
• Help review fund manager agreements and investment mandates.
• Maintain trackers for ongoing investment governance tasks and fund benchmarks.
• Coordinate and check the PLAI Monthly Compliance Checklist.
• Collect market data and maintain governance-related data and documentation.

Job Requirement

• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and fundamental Excel formulas
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with basic analytical capabilities
• Available to work full-time (8 hours per day)
• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal is a plus
• Commitment to a 6month internship period
