Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist the Application Support team in processing support tickets
Validating their completeness
Coordinating with Developers when necessary
Supporting root cause analysis and support innovations through to the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and live production.

Requirements

Final Student Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or related field
Familiar with PostgreSQL and Oracle
Have a good communication, attention to detail, and analystical skills
High curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
Willing to join 12 months of internship duration with commitment
Placement: Head Office Mostrans Global Digilog, Pulomas, Jakarta Timur
