Application Engineer - Welding

Serving clients across manufacturing, construction, automotive, and heavy industries, we are seeking an Application Engineer to develop and implement welding process solutions tailored to customer needs.

In this role, you will conduct welding trials, analyze performance, and provide both pre- and post-sales technical support. Youll collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver on-site demonstrations, training, and continuous improvement initiativesensuring optimal use of welding systems in line with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and recommend welding application solutions.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate welding process trials.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and training to customers.
• Provide technical support throughout the pre-sales and after-sales cycle.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and test results.
• Ensure welding operations meet quality and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to product development and process innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate welding system performance for continuous improvement.
