Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement Corporate Strategy: Fully execute the Indonesian office's technical development strategy to meet sample development requirements.
- Optimize Production Efficiency: Enhance production efficiency at the Indonesian factory to achieve phased efficiency targets.
- Sample Production Efficiency: Significantly increase sample production capacity and labor efficiency to meet production demands.
- Ensure Process Quality Compliance: Oversee technical coordination for sample development processes, ensuring no major red-line customer complaints.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of production operations and project management experience in mid-to-high-end functional apparel brands (woven fabrics).
- Thorough understanding of garment production processes and workflows, with prior management experience in mass production or sample garment operations.
- Continuously optimize development workflows based on business growth, ensuring seamless collaboration between patternmakers, business teams, CFT, and sample finishing personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive team innovation implementation, delivering tangible value outcomes.
Language Requirement: (English & Indonesian), (English & Vietnamese), Chinese or Malay or Taiwanese or Vietnamese or Indonesian

Annual Offered Salary: 42000 to 55000 USD
