Job Description

  • Recruit, service, and manage targeted on-trade outlets (bars, restaurants, hotels) to grow brand presence and sales
  • Identify priority venues and develop long-term, brand-led partnerships
  • Execute Perfect Store standards, including visibility, activation, menu placement, and consumer touchpoints
  • Coordinate POSM deployment and in-outlet executions to support commercial and sales objectives
  • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure account development aligns with sales targets and distribution strategy
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the lifestyle, values, and positioning of assigned aperitif brands
  • Lead product training and brand education for trade staff, bartenders, and consumers
  • Host and support brand activations, tastings, and events to build awareness, trial, and engagement
  • Support brand storytelling and premium experience delivery within on-trade venues
  • Monitor outlet compliance, pricing, visibility, and product availability
  • Track spend, ROI, and performance of on-trade activations and programs
  • Conduct regular venue audits, identify execution gaps, and highlight growth opportunities
  • Prepare activity reports, performance reviews, and actionable market insights to guide brand and sales strategy
  • Collaborate closely with distributors, agencies, and regional teams to ensure effective execution and follow-up

We are looking fo 2 (two) Aperitif On-Trade Specialist to be based in Bali (1 position) and Jakarta (1 position)

Minimum Qualifications

We are currently hiring 2 (two) Aperitif On-Trade Specialist for PT. Pelita Makmur Perkasa, with placements in Bali (1 position) and Jakarta (1 position)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in on-trade sales, brand activation, hospitality, or alcoholic beverage industry (sales & marketing)
  • Strong understanding of on-trade dynamics (bars, restaurants, hotels)
  • Passionate for spirits and advocacy
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Collaborative, adaptable team player
  • Willing to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
  • Willing to travel frequently
