AP Treasury Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a Bachelor&aposs Degree in Accounting, Tax or any related major.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Payable and/or Treasury with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced in ERP systems (Odoo) and advanced MS Excel.
• Familiar and understanding with cash flow management, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform teamwork spirit, good communication skills and fast-learner.
• Focus, detail oriented, and good interpersonal skills.
• Work location : Head Office, West Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify completeness and accuracy of AP vouchers and related documents before recognition.
• Maintain physical filing of all payment submissions.
• Prepare and reconcile weekly and monthly AP reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal instructions and QHSE requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Input all payable transactions accurately into the financial system.
