About the Role

Contract period until June 2026, working in a hybrid arrangement

Responsibilities

• Process Invoicing (via E-Invoice or input manual)
• Prepare accrual and Manual Journal (for rent vehicle, rent forklift, rent pallet and travel Invoice)
• Prepare closing report (BS Reconciliation related rent vehicle, rent forklift & rent pallet)
• Monitor and maintain long outstanding invoices. (follow up to vendor/user)
• Support Audit requests (internal audit / external audit) prepare sample invoices
• ERP: BPCS system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, majoring in finance/accounting related
• Good English written skill (at least can reply to emails from foreign vendors)
• Has experience in Account Payable process
• Intermediate level Excel & can operate Microsoft office
• Attention to details and Active Person. (active for follow up vendor or user)
• Willing to work overtime: especially when preparing for closing.
• Personality Attitude: Responsible for work, discipline, hard worker and fast learning
