Anti Fraud Specialist

As our Anti-Fraud Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of protecting our digital lending ecosystem; identifying fraud patterns, analyzing risk indicators, and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard both our customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the overall anti-fraud process and investigations related to loan applications.

Conduct research and analysis on emerging fraud trends and methodologies.

Investigate complaints reported by external parties.

Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).

Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports.

Develop and implement fraud prevention initiatives.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Conduct Know Your Business (KYB) analysis processes.

Key Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any field of study.

2+ years of experience as an Anti-Fraud Analyst, Internal Auditor, or Credit Risk Analyst preferably within multifinance, banking or fintech industries.

Hands-on experience with offline installment products is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of fraud patterns, risk indicators, and mitigation strategies in a digital lending environment.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
