Description
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting both Corporate Finance and Investor Relations activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Building and maintaining financial models from scratch.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Preparing financial presentations, reports, and documents for stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and industry developments to guide financial planning.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and related documentation.
Additionally, our client is looking to hire a DCM (Debt Capital Markets) Analyst:
- Support debt financing, refinancing, and capital market activities.
- Assist in lender presentations, credit analysis, and financing documentation.
- Conduct benchmarking of debt instruments, yields, and market conditions.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of fulltime experience in a similar role, Big 4, consulting, or transaction-related environment.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, projections, and due diligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modelling) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Exposure to the industrial or natural resources sector is beneficial.
- (For the additional role) Familiarity with Debt & Capital Markets, financing instruments, and credit analysis.
