Analista Pl. de Contabilidade (E-commerve/Varejo)

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

• Responsible for the local accounting monthly closing activities, including reporting, preparing and reviewing reconciliations (end to end)
• - Bridging Local x US GAAP
• - Account variance analysis for reporting purpose (MoM, YoY and explanations)
• Support daily AP, AR and Treasury functions, ensuring efficient and accurate finance processes for all local
• operations
• Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements
• Interface with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
• Experience working in an outsourcing accounting company
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and relevant experience in process improvement projects
• Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
• Experience in logistics institutions is a plus.
