LegacyX Hiring is looking for an Amazon Associate Manager to support and scale Amazon storefronts through hands-on product research, supplier sourcing, and marketplace execution. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly trainable, and comfortable following structured processes, while taking ownership of their work.
You'll work closely with senior team members, receive training, and grow into increased responsibility over time.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product research to identify viable Amazon product opportunities
- Analyze market demand, competition, pricing, margins, and risk
- Support product sourcing, including supplier research, comparisons, and documentation
- Assist with Amazon listing setup and optimization (titles, bullets, keywords, backend data)
- Track and maintain accurate product, supplier, and cost data
- Monitor product performance and flag issues or opportunities
- Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with internal team members to support launches and ongoing optimization
Requirements
- Experience with product research and sourcing for Amazon or e-commerce
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly trainable and coachable; able to apply feedback quickly
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and structured workflows
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Experience using Amazon research tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
- Prior experience supporting product launches or catalog management
