Support Experience Study function within in Actuarial department and support any project or ad-hoc company task.Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaboration within Actuarial team and with both local and Group Health pillars to enhance the company's understanding of health claim history as well as future trend. Lead and conduct actuarial analysis to inform management for sound business decisions. Manage and coach junior members of the team.
Problem Complexity
Monitoring the company's health portfolio claim on a monthly basis. Being a reliable partner in providing health claim related insights to other business processes including forecasting and planning. Business partnering with other functions to support their respective targets.
