Alternative Platforms Manager
Job Description
Hands-on role responsible for repurposing long-form finance content into short-form assets and managing distribution across alternative/social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Clip long-form content into short-form clips for alternative platforms
- Create captions, thumbnails/text-overlays, and multiple post variants for each clip
- Prepare bulk posting packages and manage mass-post workflows for Facebook and other platforms
- Schedule posts or provide ready-to-upload files to publishing VAs/tools
- Maintain caption libraries, templates, hashtag lists, and posting calendars
- Perform QA on assets to ensure formatting, branding, and financial accuracy/compliance
- Monitor basic performance metrics and implement simple optimizations
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience repurposing content and producing short-form social assets
- Proficiency with clipping/editing tools (Descript, CapCut, Premiere, VEED, or similar)
- Experience with scheduling/mass-post workflows and familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
- Strong content-creation skills: captions, thumbnails, text overlays, and format adaptation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand compliance guidelines
