Job Requirements
- Develop strategic pipeline and close the deal with channel motion.
- Maintain relationship with the existing Channel Partners and develop the strategies to grow the partners revenue.
- Conduct regular partner performance reviews to determine how the partner is succeeding, ensuring that all inline with the business plan.
- Translate Channel Strategy into a simple executable sales action.
- Demonstrated strong experience in big enterprise and/or public sector accounts.
- Comfortable to work with complex channel agreements, provide support for commercial blockers.
Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Cloud Computing or Engineering or any related fields.
- More than 5 years of sales, partner channel development, business development in technology industry.
- Extensive experience in managing strategic accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal, sales, and communication skills to clearly articulate partnership value propositions internally and externally.
- Work independently, with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset while also effectively working as a part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a global company with structure/culture diversity and fast paced growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
