Job Purpose:
Manage daily booking arrangement and consolidation for Airfreight Export shipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrier Space Management : Coordinate and secure blocked space agreements with carriers and ensure all commitments are accurately reflected in the standard consolidation schedule.
- Carrier Relationship & Rate Negotiation Maintain active communication and contract documentation with carriers, including negotiating Ad‑Hoc rates to support operational and commercial needs.
- Rate Updates & Financial Coordination Review and validate updated rate information in TTC and HX reports upon receiving updates from Finance to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Shipment Monitoring Closely monitor shipment itineraries from Actual Time of Departure (ATD) through arrival at the Gateway, ensuring smooth transit and timely escalation if required.
- Airlines MAWB Stock Management Ensure sufficient availability of airline MAWB stock and facilitate proper issuance and control.
- Invoice Verification Review and verify airline invoices to ensure correctness, completeness, and compliance with agreed rates and terms.
- Carrier Issue Resolution Conduct proactive follow-ups with carriers on commercial and operational issues to secure timely resolutions and maintain service quality.
- Cross-functional Communication Continuously provide timely and constructive updates to supervisors and relevant functional teams regarding matters within the scope of responsibility.
- Thermonet Operational Support Provide operational support for Thermonet shipments in accordance with network requirements and service standards.
- QHSE Compliance Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- QHSE Participation Actively participate in all QHSE programs, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Airfreight Export
- English Fluency both in writing and speaking
- Ms Office Suite literacy is a must
- Results oriented without compromising Respect
- Has all technical competencies that required by the position
