AIRFREIGHT OPERATION INTERN, SURABAYA

Job Purpose: Provide day-to-day administrative support for Freight Forwarding Airfreight Operation Team

Key Tasks

Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities for airfreight operation.
Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as shipment document arrangement.
Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required

Skills & Requirement

Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Well versed of written & verbal English
Good time management and self-discipline
Good communication skill

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Education Level: University students from any major in their last semesters
Experience Level: Campus organizational experience, internship experience will be additional value
Internship Period: Ready to commit for 6-12 months internship period
