This is a full-time remote role as an Airbnb Operations & Guest Support Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations for Airbnb listings, ensuring seamless guest experiences, coordinating reservations, addressing guest inquiries promptly, and resolving potential issues with professionalism. The role also involves maintaining the highest standards of property presentation, collaborating with cleaning and maintenance teams, and closely monitoring feedback to refine and enhance the guest experience.
