We are hiring an Airbnb Channel Manager / Airbnb Listings & Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Airbnb Channel Manager / Airbnb Listings & Revenue Manager to take full responsibility for maximising occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction across our luxury villa portfolio in Bali.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing 10 or more villas on Airbnb, with strong skills in pricing strategy, listing optimisation, and guest communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise all Airbnb listings (photos, copywriting, pricing, calendars).

Develop dynamic pricing strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy.

Oversee reservation management, guest messaging, and pre-arrival coordination.

Analyse listing performance and implement improvements based on data.

Maintain high review scores and ensure consistent quality of guest experience.

Coordinate with villa managers, housekeeping, and operations teams.

Monitor competitive market trends in Bali's luxury short-term rental segment.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience managing 10+ villas on Airbnb.

Strong understanding of Airbnb algorithms, SEO, and response-rate optimisation.

Proven success in revenue growth and maintaining 4.8+ guest ratings.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with channel managers (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Smoobu) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
