K-Club Group is expanding its villa portfolio in Bali and is looking for a results-driven Airbnb & Booking.com Specialist to take ownership of online performance across our villas.
This role is not administrative. It is for someone who understands pricing, conversion strategy, revenue optimization, OTA competition,and knows how to win on Airbnb and Booking.com.
Your Mission:
- Maximise occupancy, nightly rates, revenue, and conversion rate across our Bali villas through best-in-class Airbnb and Booking.com management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Airbnb & Booking.com listings end-to-end
- Create high-converting titles, descriptions, and photo sequencing
- Strategise to increase conversion rates and booking performance
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on seasonality, demand, market trends, and events
- Manage and optimise calendars, minimum stays, promotions, and last-minute pricing
- Analyse competitor positioning and adjust rate strategy accordingly
- Handle guest communication from inquiry to checkout
- Drive 5-star reviews and Superhost performance
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams
- Track performance (occupancy, ADR, revenue, conversion rate) and propose improvements
Candidate Profile:
- Both native spoken/written Bahasa Indonesia and fluent in English communication
- Proven hands-on experience managing Airbnb and Booking.com listings
- Commercial mindset with a focus on yield and revenue
- Deep understanding of OTA ranking algorithms and conversion optimization
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
- Strong written English (additional languages an advantage)
- Experience with pricing tools, PMS, or channel managers is a strong plus
