Responsible for managing end-to-end air freight export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment while maintaining high service standards.
How you create impact
- Manage end-to-end export shipment processes including operational coordination and documentation handling.
- Coordinate shipment activities from booking confirmation to completion.
- Ensure all export documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Liaise closely with Procurement teams for booking-related matters.
- Maintain strong working relationships with airlines for operational coordination.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of export documentation before submission.
- Submit shipment documents to the relevant internal teams on the same day.
- Ensure compliance with export customs requirements and operational procedures.
- Monitor shipment progress and ensure operational milestones are met.
- Escalate issues promptly to ensure shipment continuity.
What we would like you to bring
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations
- Exposure to export shipment handling is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Strong team player
Technical Skills
