Job Description:

  • AI Transformation Strategy & Roadmap
    • Develop a 2-3 year AI transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy
    • Identify high-impact AI use cases across functions (HR, Operations, Commercial, Finance, etc.)
    • Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and change readiness
    • Define success metrics (productivity gain, cost savings, automation rate, adoption)
  • Cross-Functional AI Implementation
    • Lead pilot projects and scale successful AI solutions
    • Partner with BI, Tech, and business leaders to integrate AI tools into workflows
    • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (scoping, vendor selection, implementation, rollout)
    • Ensure data governance, compliance, and responsible AI standards
  • AI Learning & Capability Building
    • Design AI Learning Framework (Foundation Practitioner Power User AI Champion)
    • Launch company-wide AI upskilling roadmap
    • Develop AI learning modules, workshops, and certification programs
    • Track AI literacy score and adoption metrics
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Drive organization-wide AI mindset shift
    • Build AI Ambassador / AI Champion community
    • Lead communication strategy with Country Head sponsorship
    • Monitor behavioral adoption and address resistance
  • Governance & Performance Tracking
    • Establish AI governance framework
    • Define KPIs and dashboard with BI team
    • Present quarterly AI transformation progress to Country Head
    • Ensure alignment with regional AI standards (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in Transformation, Strategy, Consulting, BI, or Digital Projects
  • Strong understanding of AI tools (LLMs, automation tools, data analytics platforms)
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with strong stakeholder management skills (senior leadership exposure required)
  • Data-driven and structured thinking

    Preferred:
  • Experience in large-scale change transformation
  • Exposure to AI implementation projects
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP / Agile)
