Role Description

We are seeking an AI Trainer for a part-time, remote role. The AI Trainer will assist with labeling, categorizing, and managing datasets to train artificial intelligence models. This role includes reviewing outputs generated by AI systems, offering detailed feedback, and ensuring data accuracy and quality. Trainers will work collaboratively with a team, communicating effectively to ensure consistent standards and contribute to delivering high-quality AI training data.

Qualifications

• Have adequate infrastructure to support the assignment (Computer/Laptop and internet)
• Have a strong understanding of professional English (Have English proficiency certificate will be a plus)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating AI-generated content and identifying areas for improvement
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to efficiently label and review data
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback
• Technical proficiency with tools and platforms commonly used in data labeling and AI training workflows
• Familiarity with AI systems, processes, and a general understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while meeting deadlines
• Previous experience in similar AI training or data-related roles is an advantage
