Requirements
25 years experience in product management, process improvement, business operations, or consulting.
Strong analytical and logical thinking, with experience in process mapping or workflow redesign a strong plus.
Understanding of the technical product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
Ability to convert problems into product requirements with structured, logical thinking.
Hands-on curiosity, familiarity, and practical exposure to GenAI, automation, data science, and general machine learning principles. Proven experience in deploying AI/ML models to solve real-world problems is a huge plus.
Ability to collaborate across business, operations, and engineering, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Self-driven, structured, and adaptable able to move between high-level discovery, detailed workflow analysis, and execution.
