Job Description:

Own the AI-related product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
Identify and prioritize operational/process problems where AI can drive cost efficiency and service quality improvement.
Redesign workflows and convert them into clear product requirements in collaboration with business, operations, and engineering teams.
Manage end-to-end product development: priority alignment, requirement definition, timeline management, and ensuring delivery meets expectations.
Lead pilots, drive adoption on the ground, and ensure solutions produce tangible, measurable impact.
Track post-launch metrics (adoption, cost impact, operational improvements) and iterate on existing features.
Support and promote an AI-first way of working by guiding teams on how AI should be integrated into daily processes.

Requirements:

2-5 years experience in product management, process improvement, business operations, or consulting.
Strong analytical and logical thinking, with experience in process mapping or workflow redesign a strong plus.
Understanding of the technical product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
Ability to convert problems into product requirements with structured, logical thinking.
Hands-on curiosity, familiarity, and practical exposure to GenAI, automation, data science, and general machine learning principles. Proven experience in deploying AI/ML models to solve real-world problems is a huge plus.
Ability to collaborate across business, operations, and engineering, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Self-driven, structured, and adaptable - able to move between high-level discovery, detailed workflow analysis, and execution.
Proficient in English, written and spoken.
