Role Description
We are hiring a high-caliber AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in building and deploying AI-driven systems across web, mobile, and backend environments. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms. This includes working with neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and pattern recognition. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in research to create innovative AI solutions, and optimizing systems for performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrated into web, mobile, and backend systems
- Deploy, scale, and maintain machine learning models in production environments
- Build robust APIs and services to operationalize AI capabilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into intelligent systems
- Develop and optimize data pipelines for training, evaluation, and continuous improvement of models
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of AI systems
Core Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployments
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven experience integrating AI into real-world applications (web/mobile/backend)
- Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and scalable architecture
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Ability to work independently and deliver in fast-paced environments
Preferred:
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision
- Experience in Backend
- Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to TypeScript, Node.js, or modern application stacks
- Understanding of AI system security and performance optimization
