AI Education Product Operations (Researcher)

Responsibilities

• Conduct local user research, including interviews, surveys, and feedback collection.
• Test AI education products and report issues, insights, and improvement suggestions.
• Gather and organize product requirements from users, partners, and schools.
• Collaborate with the China HQ team in English across cultures, regions, and time zones.
• Track market trends and competitor products in the local education sector.
• Support local product operations such as pilot programs, user engagement, and basic data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 510 years of experience in user research, product operations, education, EdTech, or similar fields.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good understanding of the local education environment and user needs.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Experience with AI tools, digital learning products, or market research is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a cross-cultural and cross-time-zone team environment.
