Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Developer / Automation Engineer to help us integrate artificial intelligence into our internal workflows and systems.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for automation, design AI-driven solutions, and implement systems that improve efficiency across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical AI applications, automating business workflows, and turning manual processes into scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify internal processes that can be optimized or automated using AI
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation systems
- Integrate AI tools and APIs (such as LLMs, automation platforms, and internal tools) into company operations
- Build internal tools that improve productivity across marketing, operations, and management teams
- Develop automations for repetitive tasks including data processing, reporting, research, and content workflows
- Connect and automate systems between marketing platforms, CRM tools, and internal databases
- Experiment with new AI technologies and recommend solutions that can improve efficiency and scalability
- Document AI workflows and train team members on how to use newly implemented tools
- Continuously improve and optimize AI implementations across the company
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development, AI development, or automation engineering
- Strong experience working with AI APIs and modern LLM tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Experience building automations and integrations using APIs
- Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms
- Understanding of data processing, automation pipelines, and system integrations
- Ability to independently analyze processes and propose automation solutions
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to build practical solutions quickly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
- Must be based in Indonesia
Nice To Have
- Experience building AI agents or internal AI tools
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG systems
- Experience working with marketing platforms, CRMs, or analytics tools
- Experience deploying small internal SaaS or automation dashboards
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
