Job Description

Who We Are

NEXT Ventures is where ambition takes shape and momentum becomes movement. As a global platform revolutionising access to performance-based capital, we empower the world's most driven individuals to rise. Through our flagship brand, FundedNext, we empower dreamers to become doers, and potential to turn into performance. With 500+ driven minds across five countries, we power a global rhythm — 220,000+ daily users from 170+ nations, each chasing greatness in their own way.

Your Role in Our Mission

The AI & Automation Specialist sits within the Product Operations function and carries two core mandates: guide how AI should be used in product management workflows across all squads, and audit internal operational processes to identify automation and improvement opportunities. This is not a software engineering role — it is a product-minded operations role that bridges AI capabilities with real business processes. You will be embedded in our day-to-day operations, shaping how we build, measure, and continuously improve the systems that power FundedNext at scale.

How You'll Make An Impact

AI Tooling & Workflow Enablement

  • Define and maintain the AI toolkit for product managers — evaluate, select, and onboard AI tools for discovery, PRD writing, user research synthesis, data analysis, competitive intelligence, and code-assisted prototyping
  • Create AI-assisted templates and workflows for common PM tasks — PRD Writer Agent, PRD Reviewer Agent, research summarizer, competitor tracker — ensuring practical adoption across all squads
  • Train squad PMs on effective AI usage: prompt engineering, AI-assisted spec writing, AI-powered analytics queries, and knowing where AI output requires human review
  • Set guardrails for AI usage across the product organisation — define where AI output can be trusted, where it requires human review, and where it should not be used (e.g. financial rule decisions, compliance determinations)

Process Audit & Automation

  • Conduct end-to-end process audits across all internal operations — map current steps, handoff points, bottlenecks, SLAs, manual intervention points, and error rates across payout processing, trader investigation, compliance audits, support escalation, KYC review, partner onboarding, and refund handling
  • Identify automation opportunities for each process — determine which steps can be fully automated, which can be AI-assisted, and which must remain manual — and build the business case (time saved, cost reduced, error rate improvement)
  • Lead cross-squad process improvement initiatives, working with squads to implement automation improvements end-to-end

Metrics, Visibility & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Define and track process health metrics — processing time, manual intervention rate, error rate, cost per transaction, and automation coverage percentage for each audited process
  • Embed temporarily with each squad (2–3 week rotations) to audit their internal processes and identify improvement opportunities — present findings and recommendations to squad PMs who decide what to prioritise
  • Maintain a central Process Improvement Backlog visible to all squads and leadership — track automation initiatives, their status, expected impact, and actual results post-implementation

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in product management, process improvement, operations optimisation, consulting, or AI product roles
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for workflows (LLMs, automation, intelligent document processing) and awareness of their limitations
  • Strong process mapping skills — able to analyse end-to-end workflows, identify bottlenecks, and quantify improvements
  • Experience conducting operational/process audits and building ROI-backed improvement cases (time, cost, error reduction)
  • Ability to train and enable non-technical teams on AI tools through workshops and documentation
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including guardrails, risks, and human-in-the-loop design
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, RPA, or similar)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across multiple teams and fast-moving environments
  • Fintech/trading or high-volume operations experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Your X Factor

  • Strong ability to simplify complex, fragmented processes into scalable AI-driven workflows
  • Proven capability to bridge business operations and AI, translating problems into practical automation solutions
  • Strong ROI orientation, consistently linking automation initiatives to measurable impact (time, cost, quality)
  • Ability to drive adoption across teams, ensuring solutions are embedded and effectively used in practice

Your Journey After Applying

  • 30-minute HR Session with the Talent Acquisition team
  • 60-minute Session with the Direct Supervisor
  • 60-minute Session with Chief Strategy Officer
